| An application form can be filled out online by clicking here or by downloading an application form - in both instances you will need to either post or fax the completed form (details are on the form).
To ensure the privacy and security of your information we do not accept payment online, but you can pay by credit card by either telephoning us (02 9212 4782), by posting or faxing (02 9211 1498) the completed form with your cheque or credit card details. We welcome your membership. |
DonationYou can also donate to Voluntary Euthanasia Society of New South Wales when joining or renewing your membership by completing the appropriate details on the application form. Alternatively, we would welcome your donation at your convienence by just completing the donation section of the online membership form and sending it to us.BequestYou can also make a bequest to the Voluntary Euthanasia Society of New South Wales by completing a bequest form (see example) as an attachment to your will. |
